BEYOND DISTRIBUTION ACQUIRES ‘SON OF NARCOS’ DOCUMENTARY FROM TRIO ORANGE PRODUCTION

Beyond Distribution has signed a deal at the Realscreen Summit with renowned Canadian producer, Trio Orange Production, to acquire a new documentary featuring in-depth interviews with the son of renowned Colombian drug lord, Pablo Escobar, whose life inspired the Netflix series, Narcos.

Pablo Escobar’s Son: The True Story (2 x 60’) is produced by Canadian producers, Trio Orange, and visits the famous places Pablo Escobar used in order to run his cartel. Using brand new footage from the Escobar family personal archives, and an extensive interview his own son, Sebastián Marroquín, the series will show the real story behind the Medellín infamous drug lord. The documentary will also feature the secret and previously unfilmed ‘cocaine road’ Pablo created in order to establish his empire.
